There is a reason why I'm aiming for at least 15mm. You need some of the largest bolt cutters money can buy to even fit a 15mm+ link into the jaws of the bolt cutter. I've determined that beyond the UK, there just isn't a big enough market in North America to warrant chains bigger than 15mm...
