Not sure where you witnessed any lack of "order" last night given you don't seem to have been there. I was there for the first time last night from about 8:45 to 10:15 and didn't see anything resembling "disorder" at all. In fact, with the exception of a couple of loud revs while a few left...
Going to my mother's place out in Beamsville today and I've always driven the car there straight on the highway. Can someone point me in the direction of a nicer, more scenic route that keeps moving at a reasonable pace? I'm leaving from Etobicoke by centennial park if anyone wants to join on...
I haven't ridden a Thruxton but I have a 2012 Street Triple R bought from Ride in the spring. The bike just gets more and more fun. FYI, I think the "stuck in neutral" is actually normal for the bike. I sometimes find myself in neutral if I don't give the gear shifter a solid enough kick...
my Mother lives right there almost. She said they heard the engine of the bike scream and then a crash. They went out to see what happened and talked to the rider to see if he was ok....he claimed he "just popped the clutch and the bike took off..." :) They figured he tried to do a wheelie...
Why do you still have your old bike's ownership if you sold it? You need to sign the vehicle portion to the new owner...you only keep the plate portion...
The MTO website details all of what you need to do:

Isn't there an option on the back of the ticket to see a prosecutor first? If there is and you take the pictures that show the obstructed sign, time stamped, and they agree it's obstructed they would simply strike the ticket there probably.
As for insurance....lots of conflicting advice on...
Your experience is very similar to mine and I did exactly what you plan. Started on a ninja 250 and rode last year....upgraded to a 2012 Street Triple R this spring and don't regret it at all. It's a terrific bike. The bike has a lot more power but never once have I felt that it was too much...
Anyone riding tonight? A friend of mine just recently returned to riding and we're going out tonight around 7 for a couple of hours leaving from etobicoke around centennial park area.
This question will be a can of worms but what's a good route to take from there for a 2 hour ride?

I thought so too but I asked around and this kind of minimum seems like it's becoming standard. the bicycle ride to conquer cancer on June 9th has a $2500 minumum apparently.....a coworker is doing it.
I think most people can raise this...I'm hoping my company will match contributions.
I noticed this on Ride Motorcycles Toronto's website. Anyone else hear of it and/or going to do the ride as well?
Participants must raise $1000 to do the ride. Great cause....I've needed Sick Kids for my own children in the past so pleased I can give something back.
Odd thing is it ends at a...
Just setup a new account and ditched "newrider". As was pointed out to me on Saturday's ride to Creemore, I should change it before I'm stuck with it forever. :)
