2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R for sale

First owner, purchased new from dealer, never dropped or damaged. Bike is in mint condition with only 2300 kms. I broke it in according to the Kawasaki manual and dealer, so buyers have nothing to worry about (and believe me, breaking in a new bike is a pain in the butt). All servicing was done...

    Scorpion Helmets

I have an exo 500. Good air flow. Visor shuts tight. Air pump is a waste IMO. Fit, weight are good, not great. Aesthetics could be better (they are rather round). Overall, Scorpion makes a really good product for the price range. I don't think you'll find a better bang for your buck...

Thanks - dropped bike, gas station help

OP, out of curiosity, how short are you? I've seen some short people on ninja 250s, but even they didn't have clearance issues.

Who here has made the move from a sports touring to a cruiser?

I own a sport bike, have ridden a couple of cruisers, but never a sport-touring. I don't mind the cruisers. I think they're great on long rides when you don't need to constantly change gears, stop and go, or react to other moronic drivers. If I could afford it, I'd keep my sport bike for the...

Extra High RPM on Ninja 250

Mine does about the same. I've seen people hit 160/170 km/hr on a 250 ninja, but they were redlining. 120 or 130 at 11 rpm doesn't sound that strange for that bike. If there's something wrong and u figure it out, let me know.

Competition Werkes Fender Eliminator Kit installed - License Plate position?

Simply removing the rear fender instantly allows you to be ticketed. By law, you need a fender, the reflectors on it, clearly visible licence plate that is lit up. Looks great, but you might be asking for a fine with a plate like that.

I Almost Killed Myself Today On 11th Highway (Orillia)

I thought people had enough sense to keep stupid **** to themselves. You're lucky you didn't kill yourself and ruin someone else's life for doing it.

    really poor customer service

Snow city is a good dealership. I've dealt with Andy from sales on a few occasions and have nothing but good things to say. I've also spoken to Rocky and he seemed quite friendly. Snow city is great because they don't pressure their customers at all. If you're legitimately interested in a...

    M1 Exit Test Question

There will be a point at which you have to start and stop braking. However, I believe it's a timed exercise rather than stopping behind any line or point. It's even okay if you skid. The points, if I remember right, all come from time. You should get up to 30-35 km/h before you start the...

Day 1 of MSF: my thoughts on my day

Learning to play the piano is complicated. Learning to ride a bike is not. Playing the piano isn't dangerous, whereas riding a bike can be. If you don't think you want to ride because it's too difficult to learn, you're wrong. If you're co-ordinated enough to play the piano, you're...

Centennial College Course - Not Worth It

Trice, It's okay for someone to voice their opinion on a subject. It's not badgering. I'm not criticizing others' opinions who enjoyed the course. This was my opinion as I stated in the thread. There were more than 4 failures. I spoke to them and can directly account for that. And I don't...

Centennial College Course - Not Worth It

Hey Jonny, Don't get me wrong, I'm really happy about passing. Not so happy that I gave them my money though. Perhaps there have been changes over the course of the year. Some instructors were good as I mentioned, but the bad overshadowed the good.

Centennial College Course - Not Worth It

Hey guys, I've been coming to this forum for over a year now, but decided to register today so I can express my opinion regarding the centennial m1 exit training course. I recently completed it, passed and everything, but was not happy with a number of things. Here's a brief explanation in no...
