Just trying to sort through how to post a 'For-Sale' with the GTAM forum. I hope my Kijiji link works where there are photos attached.
Exceptionally well care for. I doubt you find a cleaner one with the mods done and 37,000kms. Runs better than new. I've owned since new and tacked on 3-5000...
I heard over the news a while ago that with the raised limit to 110 they would be revising the stunt driving to be 40 over. So 150 max on highways, but that also means 40 over max on city streets.
It's unfortunate you just didn't take the reduced fine of $200 like EVERYONE ELSE and move on with your life - just being more careful not to go through red lights (intentional or not). Doesn't affect insurance or anything. Time is money, and I'd say you've blown way more than $200 worth. lol.
You say she wants a street bike, so I presume she needs to figure out how to operate the motorbike and then wants to ride it on the streets. Just do RTI like everyone else. I wouldn't be letting my 16 yr old ride on the street, but that's me. I'd want my kid with road experience in a car first.
Ahh, the track vs. street rider debacle continues. I still attest that track riding does not necessarily make you a better rider on the street. If the ultimate goal of track riding is a low lap time the ultimate goal of street riding falls somewhere around the objective of 'not dying.' lol...
I think with your size you should definitely step up beyond a 650-class motorbike. Especially if you plan to do longer trips with stretches of highway miles. I'm pretty much a commuter on my FZ8, and that's why a Versys650 appeals to me. More comfortable and much better fuel mileage. If I had...
At 6'3, I'm wondering if you'd be a bit crappy on a Versys650, or by your sheer weight make it not as nice as it may be on highway. Just spitt-balling on that, but I'd venture to argue at 5'7" and 150lbs, I can make a bike go faster than you. lol.
Anyways. I LOVE that new Tracer900 GT. It...
There are plenty of good LED turn signals that look much sleeker than the stock, plastic, bulbous ones that ARE NOT flush. Look at Lightech. Don't forget the flasher relay and 3-wire conversion to make sure they stay on all the time.
Glad it all worked out, and it was an otherwise positive experience. I only chuckle with Ducati. Such gorgeous and expensive motorbikes - and yet that crack team of Italian Engineers can't figure out how to make a kickstand.
If you're in the west end of the GTA try Corsa Motocicletta. They sell Richa product. Perhaps their stuff may fit you well.

.... but OH SHOULD YE EVER! I'd love to learn more about how insurance companies will sort this out because you can be sure YOU will be paying out the WAZZZUUUUU to cover the increased premiums. How else do you think insurance companies are going to cover the sky-rocketing costs of personal...
