:lmao:If I notice a driver on the phone next to me in traffic, I usually drop down a gear or two, bring the revs up and see how they like trying to talk over the exhaust noise. Then catch their reaction when they notice that I'm filming them on the phone while driving with my helmet cam :)

Living in a condo means having to abide by the condo rules & regulations, however it could just be that a few other residents don't like the fact that you're parking 2 vehicles in your spot. Easiest advice is to search for another spot to rent for your bike, but request a copy of the condo...

Another factor you may want to consider is depreciation value for either choices; if you decide in a year's time to change your mind and sell the car or bike, you'll most likely lose less on a bike than a car. Personally I'd vote the car based purely on practicality, but the other part says go...

Just got around to registering on GTAM, been riding for over 20yrs and know quite a few ppl on this board. Hope to meet more ppl this coming riding season, have fun and ride safe.
