Using the word "title" in reference to if a motorcycle is fit or unfit may not be the correct term but it was easiest to explain and figured I'd go with that route to help show you a few choices.

What you could do it transfer it before the 6 days is over an a unfit and unplated motorcycle. Then when you get the the time you can go and present the safety to MTO and have them change it into a Fit and Unplated motorcycle.. Then plate it when you have the insurance money and would like too...
Also ESSO Premium fuel has no Ethenol in it either. A friend runs a couple in the Ottawa area and stated only their 87 and 89 do but there 91 does not.
