I owned the 2011 CBR125 for two years and I have to say it's a fantastic commuter bike, it will handle the occasional highway although stay on the right lane. It was also my first bike and I was glad to learn many skills on that bike, although I have to say I out grew it pretty fast... Honda...

Once or twice a year. However last year in the bike show they had 20% off everything.... although I don't remember whether it was 20% off MSRP or 20% off their sale price.

Anyone have problems getting refunds from them? What is their return policy? I need to cancel an order I placed with them that I already paid in full.........

How do you gesture others to check your speed?

FYI V-Power from Shell is 91... the only 94 is from Petro Canada (formerly Sunoco).

lol I dunno what's worst... your cellphone, or my license plate flew off... I didn't even know until a nice lady in a car told me... luckyly I was able to recover it.

Yup you do... the bike is capable up to speed of 110-120 however I have to rev it up to 9k+ before switching gear... at 120 the bike runs on 9.5k RPM...

Haha yup let's ride!! Well after a week on the 125 I am already thinking upgrade :rolleyes:... to at least a 250. However that will wait until Spring. I will probably ride the 250 for at least a full season, maybe even do my M on the 250 before upgrading again to 600...

Yup let me know, we should ride! I was gonna get a used pre-2009 CBR125 when I realized the 2011 has a digital gage! Plus there was one used on Kijiji and got a pretty good price so I decided to buy it so I can ride before season ends.

Went with TD... they do prorated for the riding season... so that means only $64 premium until February!!!

Here's my interesting (or not) story on my riding career up until now... Took the M1 written test on July 9... failed the G1 portion of the test... didn't even realized they test G1 knowledge until it's too late :(... retook the G1 portion on July 11 and passed! :eek: Bought a helmet online...

A new rider here, just got my M2 a month ago and have owned the 2011 CBR125 for over two weeks now. Bought it used. I have been reluctant to take it to the highway... although I am able to get it to 102 km/h on several occasions but didn't push it further since I am on 80 km/h zone... hmm after...
