PM me when you want to come and look, I'm home most of the time.
I'm selling because I decided to quit motorcycling forever (or at least for a long time).
It's still for sale, and ad should be still active.
But it does not come up in search results for "GSX650F" for some reason. Are there any special tricks on Kijiji to include it in search?
I was wondering if there are any motorcycle dealers in GTA or around (close to Woodbridge preferably) that I could sell my bike to?
I don't want to go through the trouble of selling it myself, and I don't want any trades, just want to get rid of it.
My bike is 2013 Suzuki GSX650F (ABS). I...
C3 Pro may be a little less noisy than many other helmets, but by no means it turns riding motorcycle into "quiet" experience. There is still a high level of noise, and I wouldn't ride for any significant period without ear plugs. If you want to buy it only for the quietness - I think return for...
How busy are these demo rides at Mosport?
If I show up tomorrow around 10-11 am - is there a chance I can still get on one or 2 rides, or all slots will be booked by then?
I traded in my DR650, now got some stuff left over:
- Seat Concepts seat (just foam & cover, no pan): http://seatconcepts.com/products#!/~/product/category=1671358&id=7268100. $100.
- Parabellum 25" Windscreen: http://parabellum.com/stores/showdetl.cfm?&DID=22&Product_ID=44&CATID=4. $150
- Trail...
Current generation Miatas are fun cars. Even without turbo. You can drive it through winter with set of snow tires. It's even fun sometimes, you can do doughnuts in the parking lots. In right weather it provides great experience (unfortunately this does not happen very often around GTA).
It is...
I realize that this was not addressed to me personally, but it seems that you have a very strong opinion about what I should and should not be doing.
How about this: if you think YOU're not capable of riding a motorcycle on public road - well ... DON'T.
And I'll somehow decide for myself...
What is wrong with you people?
You actually complaining that there is not enough hoops to jump though before you're allowed to ride a motorcycle? That government does not tell you which exact model of bike you're allowed to buy?
This is called "freedom". Concept soon to be forgotten. Enjoy the...
Why would you need glasses at night time? Doesn't you helmet have a visor?
I would only wear clear glasses if riding without a visor.
If you don't need prescription glasses, anything else you add between your eyes and the world would make things worse.
That's an urban myth.
Even picture above shows that rider without a helmet is more likely to receive an injury that would require a payouts from insurance.
I guess I missed this tonight. Was a great weather for the ride. Will try to make it next week.
Where do you usually ride from there?
Then I just realized that Wednesday just started, so I can actually find out later today!
Death rate among humans is very close to 100%.
What I pity is people who shake in fear at mere thought that Government may for once not tell them what to do but would allow to make their own choice.
I think BMW G650GS and Suzuki DR650 have lowest seats from currently available dual-sport bikes with displacement 400cc and up (both have lowering option, "factory" or other).
I lowered DR650, it's seat height is about 31" now, and at 5'7" I'm very comfortable, have no problem flat-footing both...
I think McLaren road to the south of Forks of The Credit was gravel, turning into Grange Sideroad. Was interesting ride.
Many sideroads and concession lines around Nobleton are gravel, but most of them normal straight gravel roads.
