Don't have to go far for my example - my own street row townhouses in Aurora. 2 years ago middle units (x2) were sold for 890k and 910K and just yesterday my neighbor's place after 8 months on the market and 3 price drops got sold for 697K.. Oh, no!! I just lost 200k (which i never had) :)
