Hi, the rack is a Sportrack purchased at Canadian tire. It has been perfectly fine before the wash now it has couple cracks because it was squeezed by the brush. As for the receipt for the car wash no it doesn't say if it is brush or brush-less u tell the operator which one u want.

They do have a liability policy before you enter the car wash, it is about 20 lines, u have about 5 seconds to read it before u get pulled by a car wash inside. Practically impossible to read it all.

U can hear the tire squeak just before he gets hit but not sure if its the bike or the car. To me it was hard to avoid the collision, he was riding left lane and the car came out from behind the building, really not much time for reaction. Maybe quick swerve would do but it's just theory.

I checked TD too as SF increased my rates on both of my cars and a bike, altogether some 80$ monthly more. I used the TD online quote and was shocked when i saw 4500$ a year just for the bike. I'm 29, m2 for a year and 1000cc bike. Comparing to TD in my case SF rocks at least for the bike: 125$...
