I can't believe they left this out of the media release. It is in the report though, and shared with the family. The officer was required to head West to respond to the suspicious vehicle, but the call didn't come in right before impact. It came in several minutes before.

I would of thought that you had seen it. Read it a few more times and you may actually begin to laugh. Sure Rob's posts will bother us some, but in reality he is helping to keep us in check and focused. He never said that he believes what happened that night was right. He is just offering us a solid voice based on facts and the law as he sees it. I actually have great appreciation for his input.
