This Woodbridge shop sold the bike with safety papers? But it really wasn't? Correct me if I am wrong But isn't that like selling a vehicle with a fake safety? Then wouldn't you want the government to know about this so they can't screw someone else?
When I booked and rode my m2 exit test in Burlington 2 weeks ago, the wait was a week. I'm sure it varies from facility to facility but there was next to no wait in Burlington. And I passed with ease too. Good luck!

I already bought the new gasket, but when I take it apart should I also replace the spark plug gaskets? The parts guy asked if I wanted them too... But I don't know if they are necessary to replace...
Use a volt meter to test how well your bike electrical system is charging while the bike is idling. That will give you a good idea if your system isn't charging the battery enough. The volts should be above 12 at idle. Maybe between 13-14 volts.
