You might want to look at Schuberth C3. I have one and it's great for glasses. I can't comment on the eye socket issue though.

I ride with a pair of Dainese Nighthawks. I think they might be what you're looking for. Good protection, IMO, but look good with jeans etc.

I've had a first and second generation apple tv. The hardware has been fine. It's used mostly for renting iTunes content and Netflix - we love it. If you rip your own movies you'll need to have a Mac/PC running iTunes connected to it on your home network. It can't talk to a NAS directly...

I bought a Phantom last year as a first bike too. Not a bad word to say about it. Love riding it. Enjoy.
