Can anyone recommend any good bike repair or performance shops in Vancouver. My buddy is having idle/throttle problems. He has taken it to a dealer type place twice to try and fix it. All they have done is run injector cleaner through it twice (which didn't fix anything)

Anyone know or heard about the rider that went down around 3:30ish PM? My employees told me about it today as they passed it yesterday on their way home from work. They said someone was doing chest compression on the rider. I hope all is well.
