I did not realize how much a difference a screen makes for games. For work a great screen is important but I am working with static images. I had an HP LED screen at home on my old PC, I liked it, modern look, integrated speakers and colours were pleasing for a 1080p monitor. With the new build...

Or if you were to buy that computer, sell your 970 and sell the 1060 as well and use that money for a better cpu if needed, I am sure you could buy a 1070 which is a good card still.

Why not just upgrade the gpu and cpu rather then a whole new build? Should keep you in that $1000 range, or close to it.

Recent movies you saw - recommend or no

I really enjoyed Far from Home. It was more then a super hero movie, delving into the father son type of relationship Stark at with Parker. I think it is one of those things you are either into the Marvel movies or not. I really enjoyed them and loved End Game. I could not watch a follow up...

My build is finished, went pretty easy to my surprise. The only hiccup was there is only one RGB connector on the motherboard that works for the case fans but the CPU cooler that has RGB has no where to plug in. Not something I want to spend money on to add as I don't care all that much about...

Doubt a Harley Livewire is built with river crossings in mind.

Long Way Up! On HD Livewire's...

Definitely would be a different trip then the previous. All paved roads, no river crossings, etc. While it would still be a fantastic trip, it does not have the same appeal as bikes going off the beaten track. Do these vehicles just plug into regular outlets? Have trouble believing there is a...

    After market seats.. Thoughts?

I think in general when you go custom you get a better seat. I can't speak about the quality of materials but the fact that it is made for your specific body is a huge plus. Everything else is just like buying a suit off the rack.

    After market seats.. Thoughts?

seating is a difficult thing to review and recommend. Everyone is different and wants and needs something different in their saddle. When I had my old CB919 I upgraded the stock seat to a corbin and it was a HUGE improvement. The stock seat on the honda was the worst seat I had ever sat on. I...

I could appreciate the original Blad Runner But was never a fan. As a science fiction fan I still had to watch the new one and found I absolutely loved it. Visually stunning and audibly a masterpiece. Perfectly caste, it is a rare sequel that is in my opinion better then the first. Recommend...

    Ugliest bike thread

I like the look of the whole bike. Looks rugged and tough... looks can be deceiving of course, interested to see actual specs and peoples reviews when they start hitting the road. Takes a bit to fall for the design, but I seem to like the so called ugly bikes. Love my BMW and its boxer engine...

I know my mother board has some heat sink for these drives, think I would go without it if I didn’t have it, never needed extra cooling for traditional SSD drives

I have a decent mother board, good cpu and good gpu. Was just curious about this new ssd drive. Going to look for an NVMe drive that is a reasonable price for 1T. As much as I do ‘t need the space it would be nice to have it all on one drive and even better when it is directly mounted on the...

There is not question for shaft or chain... it is shaft all the way. I don't think I would ever buy a bike with a chain again, love the shaft drive.

I don't use the PC for anything serious so never bother with backups because it is just basically a few games and all that data is in the cloud. I can see only really using around 300 - 400 gigs of space so the PCIe drive at 1TB would be relatively empty. I am wondering about the quality of the...
