On one holiday we found some chairs but all the sun shades had been reserved by the towel hoarders. As time goes on the sun moves….so I moved our chairs into the new shadows cast by a sun shade that had been empty for hours. When the German family eventually came back I explained that they...
It needs so little air that most riders over inflate them thinking that there can’t be any benefit from such low inflation. I just leave mine on now and it’s perfect.
My ceiling insulation that turned into a new peaked roof over a flat roof issue is nearly coming to a close. Engineers, architects and planning permission all done and they start in a few weeks. For the tie in for the new peaked roof to the existing peaked roof we have been offered a new...

This is one of the things that really annoyed me about many hotels I went on holiday to years ago. It’s one of the reasons that I started avoiding hotels and just booking AirBnB or VRBO units as then I didn’t have to put up with selfish ********.
My dog that recently passed was a bit of an imp. We took him to a local pet store for obedience training when he was a puppy. He stole treats and ****** on the floor and barked at everyone for attention. That was his first and last time in a store.
I think he was part Viking.
You have great advice from above. That will let you move the island later if you really need to.
My 10 cents is to get an installation kit like this Laminate/Vinyl Flooring Tools, NAACOO Tapping Block for Vinyl Plank Flooring-Double Sided with Notches,10In Contour Gauge, Pull Bar, 40Pcs Floor...
Saw this while planning some trips today..Cartwright Springs Brewery near Pakenham Ontario
https://csbeer.ca/
They have campsites at the brewery for $40 a night with extra guests at $20.
I have no affiliation and I've never been but I will soon so will report back as I want to go and have a...
That happens when you over inflate the Airhawk. It needs to have hardly any air in then that disconnect feeling goes away and that’s the proper way to use an Airhawk. It doesn’t feel like sitting on a waterbed at all this way.
Not sure if the interwebs is correct but there are two adjusters under the seat. A front and rear? Adjusting one but not the other changes the slope. Adjusting both changes the overall height.
Does your seat have different heights like a KTM? With my bike the seat height changes but the cradle style/slope changes a little tiny bit too.
Just looked. You have a height and angle adjust so you can change the slope. Two supports under the seat to move.
If you’ve just swapped bikes you probably still have muscle memory from your last bike's clutch. Pretty sure I had a similar issue. “Damn this is rough”…turns out it wasn’t, it was just slightly different.
A big game trophy hunter (not eating his kill) got trampled to death by an elephant he was trying to shoot a week or so ago.
Could qualify as karma if not good news.
Remaining dog is 14. She lets us know when she wants a walk. Walks take forever just around the block then she’s done. She sniffs something every few feet. I figure she’s earned life at her own very, very slow pace.
Airhawks are good for seat ergos if you don’t want to go down the rabbit hole of after market seats. I’ve had one on my last three bikes now. The current one just stays on permanently.
Bought 200+ square feet of luxury vinyl plank flooring from Costco as it was on sale for $7 off. Great deal. Now I just need to work out how I'm going to raise the floor nearly an inch to match the bathroom threshold. I’ll probably use the dricore insulated foam board posted before or the...
After a tire swap from my garage I always torque the wheel bolts after a few weeks or before a big road trip. Many years ago my wheel nearly came off on the Queensway in Ottawa heading to a concert because they didn’t torque the bolts properly.
If this is just for a screen then what about tall growing grasses? We have some that grows rapidly to around 7-8ft tall every summer and even the dead stalks stay tall in the winter. Adds a bit of a tropical air too.
