Deer and turkey walk through my yard a few feet from my windows every day. Turkeys walk through both morning and evening and no longer care if we're on the deck with music on. Our cat has chased turkeys on the lawn more than once (he chased a cow at our last house).
Scarpetta didn't get great reviews but I liked it. I'm not a fan of Kidman or her acting but Jamie Lee Curtis is great as usual.
Realized I hadn't yet watched S4 of Killing Eve so started that now (excellent).
Agreed, dry lube for sure. I use WD40 Specialty Dry Lube and it works excellent. I bought it mainly for my bicycles but have found plenty of uses away from that.
Congrats! FWIW my buddy has the 890R and has beaten the ever living crap out of it and nothing's broken yet.
Other than a hose clamp not tightened enough from the factory (known issue) my 1290R's been bulletproof as well. I've taken both the 890 and 1290 around a proper motocross track as well.
I want to redo the garage door seals (sides and maybe top) as the one's installed have gaps at top and bottom. Anyone find a set they like? Looking online there's plenty of options.
I'd be fine with storing bikes/sleds either Summer or Winter but with a signed agreement that you pick the item up at the agreed upon date or it gets sold. I may start doing that to offset some property taxes but we'll see. I let friends store bikes but only because I know they're addicted to...
Made it up to Haliburton yesterday. Temps were a bit cold at 6c up on the 118 but it was clean. 507 is clean but the north end is rough. Dyno Rd is all sand so avoid for a while.
Stopped at Flynn’s to warm up but it was too windy so I followed the river from Lakefield to Peterborough where temps...
Tapo ones are pretty good as well (I've used the C460 kit as well as the 2K one). The solar panel easily keeps them charged with minimal sunlight and the spotlight is pretty bright.
You're welcome to use mine if I'm closer. I'm not going to offer to do it as I'd create a much larger burn hole because I suck at it. It is a handy thing to have around (used it again last week to repair a CTEK battery clamp that broke).
I learned clutchless upshifts/downshifts by riding my YZ50 dirtbike 1-handed with two Labatt's Blue in the other hand (to deliver to the adults working in the woods). Benefits of growing up on a farm.
As others have stated soaking it and then some goo-gone should clean it up fine after some gentle scraping (if needed),
Sounds like as great place to put a Klim sticker ;)
That reminds me I should check the connections on my 300. I packed them with grease as soon as I took delivery of it but it's been 8yrs since I looked at them. Another bonus of a basic carbed bike is I only have like 6 electrical connections.
