Ditched the silly big blowmolded case for my new torque wrench. The toolbox is much like the garage in that square footage is precious. If I was packing the wrench on a bike trip sure but just to ride slowly back and forth in a drawer seems like overkill.
When the Squeeze and I travelled on the Wing I always wondered if I should cover the bike at night. The thought being if it's under a cover it worth protecting and hence worth stealing.
Campgrounds are OK but can also be costly. When we travel north we tend to rough or vagrant camp. Abandoned quarries or old logging roads are good (old logging roads means tons of available firewood).
Sometimes we head down a gravel road and just look for a place where no one will bother you...
Buzzed down the cedar "squirrel elevators" at each corner of the house. Manged to leave a little bit of each and the house doesn't look as naked as I feared.
You would be amazed. I've pulled many forks apart and they are ALWAYS filled with a silver tinted brown soup. Even when a fork seal goes early and you pop it apart thinking this won't be too bad I did this not lone ago, yet it is.
