Removed some cracked grout and regrouted. The next day when it dried the Squeeze noticed the colour was different. I had used the wrong leftover bag. Removed non cracked grout and re-regrouted.
First minus - gotta stay off the jam for 1000kms.
Second minus - unlike the last one I'll probably feel a twinge the first time this thing goes down.
Third minus - filler hole has an insert which is only as wide as the pump nozzle so it's harder to see the fuel level past the nozzle...
I was done with it. Bought a new one.
I paid $2000 for my KLR in 2015. Rode it hard for 10 years and sold it for $1000 as is. It didn't owe me that little extra I'd have made by fixing it.
