Didn't skip Harburn. I guess the maps rerouted it without me realizing. I did the loop around Irwin Marina. I also noticed some gravel on Harburn and was well within my limits.

Every government system in Ontario is clogged up. I work in social services and it's a sh*t show. Unfortunately, I highly doubt things will get better anytime soon.
