For what it's worth I think TAFB's wrote an e-mail to them asking for specifications and DOT approval awhile back, and everything came back good.

Yea he did my bike as well. Having the proper suspension setup works wonders. Sure lowering the front end changes the handling a bit, but having the whole suspension aligned for you're own body height and weight is night and day, assuming you know how to handle it in the first place.
