    Who's riding?

Well, if you fill the milk crate up with oil, it'll eventually leak and spill out all the way to the ground, so it's very much on-brand as a Harley accessory... I say (y)

    Who's riding?

100% I find that it gets really bad at the start of the riding season. Also equally bad in the middle of the ridng season. And just as bad at the end and during off-season...

How would you strap down a Suzuki Burgman on a trailer?

Not a fan of straps either. When I was researching restraint systems, two that I really liked the looks of was Bike Binderz: As well as the Pit Bull. I already have a couple of their stands. Well-made. But in the end, I just stayed with chocks and straps. Cheaper. 🤷‍♂️

How would you strap down a Suzuki Burgman on a trailer?

Agree. The higher the straps the more leverage, but @adri's massive photo dump convinced me too. Personally, I'd still use the bars or the bottom of the triple tree if I had access to it.

    Clutch micro switch q

I know the push rod you're talking about. I've switched levers on all my bikes and a lot of the hydraulic clutch models have that push-rod/pin going into a rubber-sleeved well. The factory does use grease to lubricate that push-rod. My favorite levers are from Pazzos, and I've followed their...

How would you strap down a Suzuki Burgman on a trailer?

I think what he did was wrap a strap around the front tire, then took the strap that was wrapped around the fork and pulled it forward to that strap instead of out so it wouldn't put pressure against the plastic when tightened. Kind of a workaround bodge job and provides nowhere near the lateral...

    Who's riding?

Season opener for one of the groups we belong to, held out in Chilliwack, about 3 hours away. Threw some drybags on the back of the ADV bikes and spent the weekend out in the lower mainland, hanging out with friends, old and new. What a turnout! Lots of bikes, I estimate well over 100 riders...

How would you strap down a Suzuki Burgman on a trailer?

Found this on the interwebs: Looks like soft straps around the bottom of the triple tree around the forks, as well as the passenger grab rails to compress the rear. Only complication is the soft straps in the front are pulled forward and not out to the sides, presumably to clear the...

Nice! Enjoy your new ride! IMO the 890 platform is the best "mid-weight" ADV currently. Shame about the reliability issues, is all.

    How`s your house pricing doing?..

Had all my bikes parked in the underground garage. Only 36 units in the building, so very little traffic, not sure that contributes to more security or less? Nothing ever stolen the entire time I lived there. Just lucky, I guess. 🤷‍♂️ Might also be that I never owned a bike that was on the...
