I enjoyed the Wrecking Crew. Went in with low expectations and just turned my mind off and enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
It was better than Ballerina which I also recently watched.
Also rewatched Magnificent 7 again (excellent).
Switching to flats hoping it’s easier on my knees instead of being clipped in. Orange Oneups matches the KTM’s in the garage and I’m trying out some Freerider Pro Boa’s.
I considered it but I mostly ride loamy/rooty singletrack with nearly no rock or gravel so when I crash it doesn’t usually leave a mark (well on the bike anyways). My old Stumpy that’s getting replaced is still in near new condition (and is still the better looker of the two imo).
I got a deal of $800 for good winters with steel rims for a second car and skipped tpms sensors as they wanted another $250 for the set. Every time I drive it I have to "OK" that error message off the main screen then I'm still stuck with a bright orange trouble light which is uber annoying at...
After a bunch of looking I came home with this Norco Fluid Carbon from Spoke O’Motion. They were excellent and I’ll happily recommend them to everyone.
Look up "The Motor Oil Geek" on Youtube as he's done a video for this exact question. He's very well qualified to answer and gives a proper response that will satisfy you.
I always had the bands move or make me sweaty so now I wear some 3/4 length Under Armor Heat Gear leggings underneath them. Keeps my delicate legs from chaffing and helps keep the bands where they're supposed to be.

I'm sure many a Ranger or Maverick was sold because someone went into a dealer looking for a truck and decided they didn't need something large and sized...
Nearest Ibis dealer is about 2hrs away unfortunately. I like the newer features (and style) of the 15 Alloy but the better specs of the older gen Comp Alloy are attractive (and better suspension/brakes are nice when you're 225lbs and old).
Any bike-smart experts have an opinion on the better choice between these three:
2023 Stumpjumper Comp Alloy
2025 Stumpjumper 15 Alloy
2024 Ibis Ripley AF
I mostly ride Durham Forest type trails.
