Got my first one roughly 10 years ago, at the time performing and music was a significant part of my life, I never have spur of the moment tatts like some, thought about it for a long time before finally getting one, this year has been 'interesting' for me, so I got 3 of them. Same thing...

Yesterday did more core work

Yesterday was leg day so did some leg presses and tried out some bulgarian split squats, VERY NICE! Great for strengthening and fixing any imbalances etc
