Had my first in June last year. As others have indicated, I thought the prep was worse than the procedure itself. Not sure what they gave me but I didn't feel a thing and was totally normal after the process. Actually went home and mowed the lawn that same morning. No after effects what so ever.

I remember Zion being magical when I went there in my early 20's. One of my other fondest memories of that trip was riding at dawn through the Az desert. The sun shining off those colourful rock faces was something I'll never forget!
