The bike comes in at 485LB wet. Mine has just under 25000km on it and not a single issue and a Friend's bike is now at over 40,000kms and the only issue was a stator that let go. $140 for insurance is not bad.

Imagine if it was the other way around, the dealer refusing to sell for a price previously agreed on...the dealer has no obligation to return your deposit but you can ask.

Exactly that...exposure to the sun will make the fluids go darker much faster.

Fair enough, I was wrong...my experience when it comes to parts has been very different from yours but that might all change now...I lost my rear seat cowl on the 401 (my fault)... I was told two weeks, lets see what happens.

Bylaws that are not really being enforced....I go to Caledon all the time and some of those HD are so loud that it hurts your ears...never seen one being stopped and OPP is usually there looking for speeders. Same with Oakville..
