Prices have gone crazy the last few years. Speedmasters have almost doubled in the last 10 years. All models have gone way up.
I remember buying a used 1 year old Seamaster Ceramic for $2500. Current model used now would be between $5000 to $6000.
If thats important then yes. Honda would probably cost less to own long term. So far after 40000kms my BMW hasn't had any repairs needed. Tires and oil. And smiles.
It is. We went end of 2024. It's really no big deal. We did Australia and New Zealand.
A nice thing. When you enter New Zealand, going through immigration, they have a line for citizens AND Canadians that is separate from others entering. Yup, we enter with New Zealanders. It's good to be Canadian.
Canadians have been treated like Sh&t since beginning of covid by auto dealers that are already here. F' em. I think it's a good play.
Let's remember the Japanese forced the domestic auto makers to complete on quality in the mid 70's. Another player is a good thing for the consumer.
Maybe it...
Trek store owner told me the full suspension mtb market is dead. They cant give them away. They just sit on the dealer floor. Good discounts on them before Christmas. Little deals on gravel bikes. Perhaps they took market share from mtb's.
Haven't enjoyed bicycles for about 5 years. Love riding but life got in the way. Picked this up a few weeks ago. Looking forward to getting back into it with more time to ride.
