Ladie's 5'4 and under and an SS

Femme, which bike are you interested in? I understand you’re plight as I’m just a hair over 5’ 4” myself. I have played with the ride heights on many of my (and my wife’s) bikes. Even so, we’ve both had mishaps over the years, it happens. I want to make a ride height adjustment to my new bike...

Police Officer Blatantly Lies In Court Against Me Today

I’ll second that thought! Education or actual experience takes a back seat when you have friends in high places. Defeated MPP Leona Dombrowsky was just appointed. Out of 11 new JP's she was the only former politician in this round. The other 10 were lawyers, or had other experience in the...

    December show

Story #1 I have a nephew who met his now wife (an American) through an on-line fan sight. Early in their courtship they were looking at photos from a comic-con that she had attended. He mentioned that he had been at that same event. She showed him a photo of herself standing in line to get an...

Police Officer Blatantly Lies In Court Against Me Today

Just one more of the inconsistencies in the HTA. It’s a violation of the act to allow a 50 lb. child to be unrestrained in a vehicle. However, it’s acceptable to allow a 150 lb canine to romp freely. Oh, that is except for in the back of a pick-up truck or open trailer, that you can get charged...

Nice that they have an Oro on display but I was hoping that they would have a B3, Brutale 675.

    Speed bumps motorcycle cop

I’m surprised it took this long for someone to ask the question. Also, I think you are very close to the answer. If you look closely you’ll notice the front suspension seems to handle it quite well. But, when the rear hits the bump that’s when all hell breaks out. At first it’s as if he was...

    December show

Anyone who has gone to this show in the past or knows the history of this event will not be surprised at the weak showing and sparse attendance. However it is the first show of the season and a chance to see and be seen. The wife and I are going tomorrow. We have not been in several years. I’m...

    Learn These Ticket-Fighting Techniques...Almost 100% Fool-Proof!

Well, yes and no. There are “Closed to the Public” trails but, there are many proceedings that are open. Back in the seventies I worked at the WhitbyCourt House, 605 Rossland Road East. We use to sit in all many of trails during our breaks. I was referring to traffic court though which is open...

    Learn These Ticket-Fighting Techniques...Almost 100% Fool-Proof!

No, it’s not an automatic dismissal if the officer is a no show. The crown may ask for a new date or the J.P. can do so on his own. I suggest everyone spend a couple of days observing traffic court. It’s very educational and more entertaining than those reality court shows. Believe me!

    trailering to USA

Asheville N.C. is a great place to ride out of but, you’ll have to go a lot farther south for winter riding. Asheville gets on average 15 inches of snow from Nov. to April. However, it has been know to get that much in a single fall. Snow photos from 2009...

Police Officer Blatantly Lies In Court Against Me Today

Excellent point and a prime example of what’s wrong with our judiciary.

    trailering to USA

Where are you planning to ride? I have a good friend who rents cabins just outside Murphy N.C. He’s a huge bike fan with a large collection of vintage Ducatis. Many of the hotel/motel chains (that have the space) will allow you to leave vehicles as long as you stay the night before you leave and...

    trailering to USA

If you have all your paper work in order, (ownerships for all vehicles, insurance slips for same, driver’s license, personal photo I.D. and most importantly passports) then you should be fine. If it’s an enclosed trailer and the first time you’ve crossed you may be required to pull over and...

    Mosport renovations

Sorry to deflate your balloon but... that only works in the movies. Back in it’s hay day Mosport couldn’t support more then a couple of major and three or four lesser events per season. Hell 1967 was it’s biggest year with five international races. Nearly 60,000 people saw the first F1 Canadian...

    Mosport renovations

I loved the track the way it was before the Panoz purchase and its subsequent castration. That’s when it lost its character.

    Mosport renovations

Interesting video clip. So when did Ron Fellows win his NASCAR Championship? Better question, how did he win one? He’s only ever done the road courses and I don’t think he’s had more then three top 10 finishes since starting in themid 90’s. Who ever wrote that copy should have done their...

do you name your bike? if so what is it and why?

Wife’s 1st bike was a Rebel 250 with the Hawk on the side covers. Her favourite movie is Lady Hawk so she named her Honda Izabo. Wife's 2nd bike was a Monster M600 Metallic she called Rosa. If you went to a GTA bike show between 2002 & 2007 you probably saw Rosa with her fiesta red...

Police Officer Blatantly Lies In Court Against Me Today

Did your super duper, crime fighting paralegal not ask for disclosure prior to trial? If he had he should have received a copy of the officer’s notes plus his name a badgenumber. Then today all you would have had to do was ask the officer, after histestimony, to identify himself. Easy peasy, the...
