I didn't take a hit on my rates.........but at renewal time, I like to shop around. Now this has a negative effect, and no one seems to know how to get rid of it.

I've never had success with Draino, but Home Hardware has their own drain cleaner, which un-clogs anything. Oh, and like the others mentioned.....you need a trap.

I broke the shear pins off mine over 15yrs ago. Replaced with nuts & bolts.......because I don't care. And it's still going. (old 24" craftsman & 8hp Tecumseh)
