    Advice to get business going

Some of the "IImported Honey" = honey + commercial syrup, from a certain country, re-routed via a third country that actually produces honey, so that the origin is obfuscated and the consumer is unaware of the actual content of the product on the shelf...

    900,000 students coming in…

This suggested policy change makes sense (from the C.D. Howe Institute): On international students, we recommend reintroducing the cap on off-campus work at 20 hours a week that was waived in October 2022 and recently extended to April 30. Study permits have become de facto work permits, and...

January Motorcycle Supershow - Jan 5-7 at International Center

Thank you! Tho' I was hoping that the hall/stall numbers would have key'd to the Exhibitors. NP, the Show is always a good place to take in things "motorcycle", meet fellow-riders (be they Harley folk, ADV'ers, Sport Riders or just Riders), or even walk out with a good deal on accessories.

    Battle for japan

Removing spark plugs from a certain mfr's flat-twin is a breeze, can't say the same about replacing the battery on that same bike - tho' lifting the tank is not as ardous as removing acres of body work from the full fairing bikes. Wind protection? A quarter fairing will keep the blast off most...

    Normal car recommendation….

Nice car to drive but not as spacious as the Civic (which drives equally well)

Your points are all valid and I guess that I am nitpicking, appreciate your detailed feedback [emoji846] Edit: our's was one out of Swindon and shortly after that the Swindon factory closed. Who knows , they may have been getting rid of left overs.

    Shock Tube from Motorcycle Innovations

    1. It will work for your original purpose. 2. "Dirty" is subjective and the dirt depends on where you ride. I did not have this problem. 3. I did not face this "heat" problem. IMO, the shock has to be working really hard over a continuous period of time to get that hot. Again depends on your...

    Normal car recommendation….

Wife drives a 2018 Civic (and I do, when she tosses me the keys). The CVT may be well executed, but it still is a CVT and I'd never buy another CVT equipped car. Must admit that it has a peppy motor, decent suspension and good gas mileage. The body work ancillaries, not so great - the wheel...

Volvos, great design - just be prepared ro shell out $400 per service. I almost bought an XC-40 until I was told that a standard service will cost $400 as the Tech has to check and update all the different software modules that the vehicle has. I want a car and not a Windows computer.

    Normal car recommendation….

I don't have a Dodge on my driveway, never have (as yet). All Dodge products cannot be tar'd with the same brush. "Dart" does not spell "Hornet". The moto-journos rave over the Hornet and since it's release there have been no publicized reports of things like tranny falling to the ground...

    Shock Tube from Motorcycle Innovations

With the proviso mentioned by Priller (post above), I think that it is worth it! It has been on my bike (a "standard") more as a protection for the Ohlins rear shock against the grit from some of the back roads that is flung up by the rotation of the rear wheel. It comes off in minutes when I...
