Poor Service and Questionable Inspection Standards at GP Bikes

Can't speak for bikes but they don't take photos of car tires on safeties, just give measurements.

No I haven't made it up that way yet this year. Been mostly exploring when out.

North end is perfect. They were redoing the south end in early Spring so it should be good to go now.

Recent movies you saw - recommend or no

Has anyone seen Greyhound? I've seen clips here and there and waited for it to hit Prime/Netflix but I see it was an Apple thing so I forgot about it. Worth a watch if I can find a source (I don't have Appletv)? https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/greyhound

Sub-in Lower Faraday Rd and thank me later as it'll be one of the best roads you'll do on that ride. It goes from Coe Hill to where you need it to on 28.

Maybe HD can poach an idea from American Eagle and use Grace Charis to sell a few bikes.

    Starting/Bog Issue

Smarta** :). Fuel flow looks good as well. I'm stumped. I've used the same fuel in other machines with no issues so I don't see that as the problem. Guess I'll replace the sparkplug and ride local for a bit to see if problem persists.

    Starting/Bog Issue

Spark plug looks fine for a 2T. Filter and all sealing look good. Battery terminals and ground ok. Nothing spotted loose or frayed upon looking around the bike. I hate intermittent issues like this. Haven’t checked fuel flow yet but will do so shortly.

    back support

If you can't strengthen your core enough before the trip then a brace may help you through it. My guess would be that your Harley's have forward controls and your legs are holding your upper body up a bit to compensate. I have no problems riding my 1290R for 1000km a day so although and wouldn't...

    Starting/Bog Issue

Fuel filter is a couple inch screen on the other end of the fuel petcock that sticks inside the tank. It’s clean, had it out a year ago. Air filter is clean, only ridden it once this season and wasn’t following anyone. Compression feels good on kicking it, plus it had normal “tried to kill me”...

    Starting/Bog Issue

DIrtbike (18 KTM 300 Carb) usually fires right up instantly when cold. Today I turned fuel petcock on and it cranked for a minute or so until the battery was dead then I gave it two hard kicks on the kickstarter and it fired up (it coughed a for a second a couple times when at the end of the...

    Help catch a theif

Search Marketplace for that Lincoln SUV as chances are he's either trying to sell it or using it to scam people and is recycling the same photo.

    2025 Day Trips!

Had to stop here because I went through enough webs that I had a spider crawling around inside my helmet annoying me. The unmaintained trails were much more engaging.

Such a beautiful colour design. That one's obviously crashed but it looks to be repaired decently.

What did you do in your garage today..?

Power washer, air shocks on bikes, lots of things it could be. Noticed one kids helmet has a oring in the strap and the others doesn’t so maybe that’s it.

latest on the new Safety Cert Drive On program...

I was curious about the tire thing when I was trying to buy a 2002 car with 23,000km on it (collector). Shop said as long as the tires don't have flaws like weather cracking/etc they'll pass them. Car got scooped before i could get there but at least I know. When I had a Corvette safetied in...

What did you do in your garage today..?

Found this broken oring on the driveway this morning so we’ll see if it turns into a busy day in the garage. Pretty much narrowed it down to either the truck or van or one of four bicycles. This will involve standing in the garages looking around at things (which is my typical Sunday anyways).
