I should clarify, not easy if you're a 17yr old without much experience in this regard and there's no YT vids to show how as it's the early 90's.
Ariens Platinum. Only a few hundred dollars more than a Deluxe and it's lovingly overbuilt and worth it. Huge engine, faster impeller, heated grips...
Except the rear main seal. That was the one thing on my '88 F150 that broke that I couldn't fix. Hole rusted through the floor by the highbeam switch as well as much of the body, muffler fell off, but the driveline was amazing (and to be fair took a heck of a beating from me).
100% this^^^^
MP - It's exactly what I was thinking as I was reading the post. Plus it gives a nice backdrop should you wish to place a company name/logo on it. Will also hold some resale should you ever sell it. Another option is to rent it out when not in use.
Cleaned my MX and street helmets. After two years I realized the chin vent on my HJC 71 also has a tilt feature when in the open position. I googled it after discovering it and it's called an air "Turbo Boost". This will definitely make me faster next season!
It did make getting the 4 housefly...
Sled sales are in the toilet right now and amazing deals can be had on amazing machines. Having sleds with good Hi/Lo comp adjustable shocks was a game changer for me in having a sled that handled great in all conditions and not having to touch the clickers part way through the day. If we ever...
I had the same issue. Lake O to the south so going North/East/West were my only options and with a lake to my immediate North that wasn't even being staked/checked much anymore and losing trails East/West meant more road-riding than I liked locked me into riding local trails only as I wasn't...
You're not wrong. Don't listen to the "I heard/think" people. Friend of mine loves his and his ER gets 500km on a full charge (as long as he keeps the speed in check).
IMO buying a new one with a cheap negotiated long-term warranty would be the way to go and I think the prices on them will go...
That does help, thanks. Have a buddy coming by next week with a scope that I should be able to slide down beside the pipe without cutting to check for a Ptrap there.
No other info available as the floor below is finished. No other persons worked on the plumbing other than the ones' (trades) who built it. I'm not saying they were competent, just that whatever trades the home builder chose are the ones who did the work.
The drain just clogged one day. It's...
No just simple MDF shaker doors. The Poly clear didn't come out nice enough so I want to just sand them and repaint white and skip the poly (they're already white). I think I'll just save the cash and and headache and roll them.
Are any of the <$100 paint spray guns decent? I'm fancying repainting 8 cabinet doors that I'm not currently happy with. They're not in the kitchen and don't need to be perfect, just acceptable. I could also roll them which is what I might end up doing I was just thinking spraying them might...
While we're on the plumbing topic as well, any tips to free up a kitchen sink? There's no P-Trap that I can see unless there's a valve in there somewhere. We've tried the baking soda+vinegar trick a few times with limited success.
Sold sleds/trailer/gear last winter as we weren’t getting out enough. I miss it, but I don’t miss how short of a season it is and all the maintenance and space they require.
I made built ins in the Livingroom a few years back but the pine knots are showing through again so I’m going to try Bin sealer.
I also made a walk in pantry but didn’t use dry enough lumber (joined 2x10’s) for the cabinet tops and they’ve dried to leave a slight gap which is enough to be...
