I was shocked, I called my dealership to ask a service related question. Someone answers on the second ring and was polite and helpful.

I'm the same with all my vehicles, they get a couple of really good cleans then just a quick wipe for the rest of the year. If I wanted a professional detailing I'd pay for it. Just like to keep things generally tidy.
