Give you a tip with the French press...don't put the plunger all the way down...only go as far as you need for one cup. Then it will not oxidize and the next cup will taste excellent. There are small French press for single cup use....I use a fine grind with it rather than the I think wasteful...

I had a lovely red Breville for years which did a fantastic job for my many daily lattes..mostly with a dollop of Baileys. Something, either in the aging process or the drugs I need has killed my ability to tolerate coffee tho I did have a small latte courtesy Hungry Jacks ( Burger King here )...
