When I usually click on the bell after seeing an alert of new posts, it usually shows a list of all recent posts and highlights the unread ones. But today it isn't highlighting the unread ones. Did something change last night or yesterday?
Post any Black Friday deal here. Got this from Ttriple Clamp Moto:
Black Friday sales are now live online, and for our local customers we’re running an open-warehouse event with even hotter deals and in-person specials.
From Wednesday to Saturday this week, walk our warehouse aisles...
This is the first video I've seen that actually explains the scientific principles behind how they work, but most importantly what conditions are required for them to work and why there are conflicting reports of them working for some but not others.
The last time I was in Italy was in 2007 and my Blackberry included a travel adapter that worked there. I haven't had a chance to figure out what I need to charge my iPhone, so I'm hoping some of the regular European travellers can make a recommendation on a good quality adapter before my wife...
Enbridge sent a tech to replace my gas meter (that I didn't ask for), and he noted my water heater vent wasn't 12" above grade and gave me a B infraction for that. Then he gave me a separate A infraction for the furnace vents for the same reason. But he didn't enter my house or turn off the gas...
Even with the hack from @Lightcycle to mark the Politics Paddock forum as read until a certain date, you still see topics under "What's New", even though they're not highlighted as unread. I'm here for local motorcycling content which makes me want to ride/wrench, not politics which makes be...
Is it possible to either replace the "What's New" with "New Posts", or add it? I know it's only one extra click, but personally I don;t see the point of "What's New" if it displays topics that have no new posts since I last visited?
This would also make it easier to ignore forums such as...
If I'm reading this right, no more need for a separate dedicated satellite communicator (Garmin InReach, etc.) while traveling in remote areas? Not sure where the 5.4 million square kilometers covers, though.

It's been a long time since I had to deal with traffic tickets, but my daughter just got 3 of them at once in her car. Technically off topic, but thought this would be of interest to riders regardless. She was stopped behind a bus in the right lane, waiting for it to move so she could turn right...
Princess Auto has a motorcycle wheel balancer for $60, which is about as cheap as I can recall. Good for those who DIY tire changes.

Just found out about this. CE Level 2 rating from something as thin as a base layer made from UHDPE. Anyone know anyone who's crash tested one? The video looks promising.
Wow, nice to see them make an already good system even better!

Fortnine has these in various sizes for around $15. I got a 16mm with an OD of only 20mm, essential for my 2010 KTM 990 SMT with KR8DI plugs. Should also work better than the ground-down factory tool kit socket I was using on my 998 using NGK CR9EB's instead of the OEM Champion RGH4C's...
Thought this might be of interest to whose who didn't know. At least this location updated their pumps a while back, but unlike the US where you can completely pay by phone by scanning your Costco app, you still need to swipe or tap your physical Costco ID (membership card or CIBC Mastercard)...

Under certain conditions, the tire(s) could wear irregularly. As a result, the belts...
