    Pictures of parked cars

There seems to be an assumption that I am obsessing about whether my bike will be knocked over. I'm not, like everyone has said here its a real concern. It takes two seconds to pull out the phone and snap a shot. I really dont see this is as overly excessive, although I appreciate why people...

    Pictures of parked cars

I would totally do this, lol. And while I sense sarcasm its actually not a bad idea - basically an alarm system that takes photos, perhaps emailing them before a bike could be stolen or damaged. I could see people using something like this. Dayao12, solidarity brother.

    Fuel Injection light "ON"

Yeah it went away immediately and then stayed off at the higher idle (yes I left it). I had always run it at a lower idle from the time I got it (thinking it was normal), so the higher idle felt weird. But I had a few mechanics tell me it sounded better higher. At any rate it was weird because...

    Pictures of parked cars

As I enter my 7th season, and continue to cultivate a healthy mistrust of all things on 4 wheels in the city of Toronto, I find myself taking pictures of the license plates of parked cars that could potentially hit me as they leave. I know this is a bit paranoid, but it would be nice to have...

    Fuel Injection light "ON"

I had this issue last summer following storage. I took my bike to get the code checked and it came up with nothing. I was so frustrated. I eventually fixed the problem by increasing the idle a few notches and it hasnt come back on.

Anybody want to make a few bucks as an extra next week?

I have a buddy that works for a production company. They are looking for a person with a cruiser style motorcycle. He said "chopper" but he asked me to do it and he's seen my bike. So I think what he is looking for is "cruiser". The bike needs to be operational, and your day will involve...

M2 Exit test tomorrow any tips?

Yup, I failed my m2 the first time for this. It was on the Allen expressway at like 3pm. It was rammed, the lane change I made was not unsafe but because the car behind me applied brakes it was an automatic fail. You're better off not changing lanes if its really busy.

What to do in a tire blow out?

I blew a rear going 120 about a year ago two up with luggage. The rear started fishtailing and I had to keep going for about 200 meters before I could pull over. I clutched in, put on the blinkers, and coasted to the side of the road. No front brakes until I was confident crashing wasn't going...

Lower speed limits within the city?

The problem is where do you draw the line? Sure lowering the speed limit from 40 to 30 will stop accidents, but so would lowering it from 30 to 20 or 20 to 10. At which point does risk become "reasonable" for both drivers and pedestrians. My opinion is its fine where it is. Sounds to me like it...

    Vstar 650 vs 1100

The 1100 would be more awkward to learn on, but if you go slow and dont push yourself you will be able to master it in about the same amount of time as the smaller bike. Trust me, I'm not one of these guys that needs to go 300km/h on a bike, but I didnt even feel comfortable on the highway on my...

    Vstar 650 vs 1100

No offense to anyone who might think otherwise, but I had a V-Star 650 and found it gutless. I upgraded to a 900 vulcan and the difference was night and day. I would strongly suggest getting the 1100. Once you get the hang of riding you'll be glad you did.

    is a Hyosung GT250R a downgrade from a 750cc Cruiser?

You should check out the hyosung 650 cruiser. Last time I looked it was the most powerful mid size cruiser. Nice to look at too, and cheap.

    Steam cleaner

I'm thinking about buying one for around the house. Alot of the ads indicate they do a good job on bikes. Does anyone use one for their bike? Has anyone ever damaged anything by using one?
