I had this issue last summer following storage. I took my bike to get the code checked and it came up with nothing. I was so frustrated. I eventually fixed the problem by increasing the idle a few notches and it hasnt come back on.

No offense to anyone who might think otherwise, but I had a V-Star 650 and found it gutless. I upgraded to a 900 vulcan and the difference was night and day. I would strongly suggest getting the 1100. Once you get the hang of riding you'll be glad you did.

You should check out the hyosung 650 cruiser. Last time I looked it was the most powerful mid size cruiser. Nice to look at too, and cheap.

Would it mess with paint or clear coating?

I'm thinking about buying one for around the house. Alot of the ads indicate they do a good job on bikes. Does anyone use one for their bike? Has anyone ever damaged anything by using one?
