That's a problem though. I have never been pulled over. I want to be credited for that if and when it happens.

I guess its good they actually do something when someone calls, but the whole "he said she said" element makes me mad. In this case, I was not acting badly. All it takes is a little bit of anti-motorcycle bias and somebody overreacting and it could do a lot of damage.

I listen to music whenever I ride. If its too loud I have had some sirens sneak up on me, but at a reasonable level I dont miss anything. On the highway I find you cant hear much with or without ear plugs, so you might as well have music playing and use visual cues as much as possible.

Well its been 15 days now. No response to two emails. My patience is wearing thin. I asked them either for an approximate delivery date or a refund. If I continue to be stonewalled I'm doing a chargeback next week. I get they are busy but its not really my problem.

I agree Karen I dont like the poor communication either. I dont plan on making a fuss about it, but it is bad business. Delays happen, but communication is important. I'd say I wouldnt order from there again, but some of these fire sales might be hard to resist, lol.
