twin rivers (scarborough/pickering boarder) is frequented with local motorcyclists (myself included). Its nothing to go from Mississauga to Pickering for though. 5/10, pretty short.
big group of bikes (20 ish) going east on Steeles near the 410, I was just coming out of the Boston Pizza there.
the gixxer in front popped a wheelie at the lights.
hope you guys had a fun ride. what's the route?
Available for sale is a 2006 Kawasaki Ninja EX500.
Stock.
12xxxkm. Just did the 12,000km service today ($400).
Has been dropped by previous owner (not me). I've provided pictures of the scratches and one minor crack.
My only reason for selling is I want to get an SS. I've been riding this baby...
white ducati 848 parked at utsc today...i stopped for a good couple minutes to check out your bike. looked great. im jealous...and if you let me take her for a spin here and there, ill be your personal bike security guard for life.
Dear HA3AP,
I hate you. Not only have you now made me want an 848 more than ever before, you've also confirmed that this is indeed my dream bike. Waiting 3 more years until im 25 is going to be a million times harder now.
I hope you're happy!
Sincerely,

im with you. ive wondered this many, many times as well. I recall a time i got something in my eye while riding down the 404, luckily i was getting off two exits later. As soon as i got off i went ape **** on my eye until whatever it was came out.
Lesson learned, wear sunglasses or something...
Took me a few weeks to get confident, but I recall times throughout my first season where I'd shift out of 1st only to hit neutral. You'll be fine though, just keep practicing. The more often you ride, the more confident you'll be.
yeah i ride solo 99% of the time. ive never done a large group ride in 2 seasons of riding, but i dont really see what i could get out of it. ive gone on a ride with 2 friends, and the only difference was i found myself speeding unnecessarily in places i usually wouldn't speed. i'd rather ride...
i'm usually off wednesdays and sundays. my 2 friends (the only 2 friends i have with bikes) seem to have fallen off the map this season. im almost always up for a rip on sunday. if anyone is looking for a sunday ride, feel free to pm me.
Thanks for the replies guys, I'm going to look into the conversion and see if it makes any sense.
I just barely miss the cut for Statefarms B Plan. I'm 22, so TD's out of the question, Jevco is the only company that's affordably ($1400/year). I did a quick online quote for the Street Triple...
coming from a guy that's paid $1400 for a 500cc bike, i'd be thrilled with 383. I don't see you finding a significantly better rate than that for motorcycle insurance regardless of the engine size. Probably the cheapest I've ever heard of.
I just went over John Duffy's list of Jevco's SS surcharge list, and this thought came to mind.
What if you were to buy a naked bike which is not SS surcharged, such as the Triumph Street Triple, and go through some modifications (add the fairing most importantly) to make it resemble the...
