Stats aren't too bad but there's room for improvement especially given how close you are to the CO. You can always take the modem right to the DMARC and see if the stats improve. As mentioned before the DMARC is Bell's responsibility and I would pressure them into replacing the whole box if it's...

What makes you suspect it's in the DMARC? What's your Signal and SNR and how far away are you from the CO by way of copper?
