So having the choke DOWN (ON) injects more fuel n is good for cold day starts....n while riding when the bike is warmed up its recommended to push it UP (OFF) again.... Did I get that right ! OR u mean while riding it doesn't matter... bear with me Im new to this stuff

Thanks Jamie ! you solved the problem ..I've been trying to figure it out for a week ...lol I'll look into the bodywork & headers tomorrow..... but you dont think it has anything to do with over heating or anythng ..... bring the choke down makes the tachometer up ....while riding should it...

it worked ! bike is on.... :p But there seems to be another issue... the choke was all the way down n I guess exhaust became so hot that it melted a small part of the farring ....i could smell the burnt plastic... i turned the bike off...n then restarted with the choke all the way up....temp...

i think i noticed some black colored wire hanging around the battery i.should i connect it to the negative side or positive side ?
