While putting my fairing back on, I seemed to have misplaced 1 or 2 screws w/the rubber washers and 1 of the plastic rivets broke Other than ebay or online, is there any local shops I could get them from? Also, do they sell them in singles? Of all the ones I've seen are sold in complete kits...

dam you should have asked in the interview, i always ask for the hours/rate etc, i had around 11/12 interviews before i finally picked mine and that was in last round too.
