how do you address the judge, prosecutor and cop in court?

true story my last case I had a translator. Don't recall requesting one but it's free and I played along with it not speaking a word of English and allowing my translator to do all the talking. Couldn't say much to my translator because I can barely speak her language but judge was lenient and...

I have a Tomos moped that has been lying in my backyard in Mississauga for last 3 years. Last time I started it up was last year and it started up no problem. Parking On Sidewalks

What if the scooter was chained would it still get ticketed? Previously all you had to do was shoe lace it to a pole and you would not get ticketed. Would suck for moped riders to park on the street considering you don't need a key to start the bike and it weighs only 100 pounds lol.

how late do you ride your motorcycle?

my 250cc scooter can be loud on a quiet night. Only complaint I get is from my tenants. I get home from work at midnight. When I turn into my streets I'll drop down to 5 km/h ish but than my parking situation is tricky. I have to jump the curb and hit the throttle so that I don't spin out on...

I did a Thunder Bay to Toronto run in one day on my 250cc scooter and it was pouring rain that day too. Don't know how many kilometers that was. And this was coming back from Vancouver Island.

    riding in right lane

I agree it's legal but wouldn't it be the motorcyclists fault if we took off their door even though it's the stupidity of the car driver? Because even though it's legal we still have to exercise caution.

    Motorcycle death statistic in GTA

http://www.tc.gc.ca/eng/roadsafety/tp-1317.htm#3 Bit dated too but according to statistics seems overall motorcycle fatalities has been decreasing but the percentage of licensed motorcyclists killed has been increasing. Seems odd because that would mean less new people getting motorcycle...

Federated Co-op food building. I'm a material handler there making $25 with $0.60 raise every year and all sorts of bonuses and premiums. Forklifting - Any advice?

Sounds like my workplace where forklifts make about $27/hour with $0.60 raises a year and o/t is 2.0 after 3 hours and 3.0 after 3 hours on holidays unless you work your 2nd day off which will be double all the way. Shift premium, freezer premium, meal allowances and it's easily 62k to possibly...
