Buddy of mine sat at a red waiting for a left turn once. It was around 1 or 2 in the morning so unlikely that another car would show up where he was. He waited 20 minutes before just going. Hadn't seen one car the entire time.

Did a couple trips this weekend and had this happen four or five times, usually in smaller communities. Unnecessary, they had the right of way.. but appreciated.

I've noticed this myself and I'm working to get better with the core support. Takes time and practice though.

It's been some time since I took any driving classes (other than the bike course) and I know they cover general road safety rules but is there anything about how dangerous you are in a car these days? What kind of hazard you can be? At least we could start teaching new drivers to not be *****...

Also I don't believe you can get to your M2 or M (forget which one) with a 125. They won't test you. Least that's what I heard.

Agreed. Since I'm still learning when I go out for rides just to ride I mix up city, residential and quieter, more open rural roads on my route. Get practice on everything.
