I have had the Garmin Forerunner for about a year now and I just use it to monitor stats, track my runs, and read txt/email. Works great and last about 2 weeks on a charge.
There's a bit of a refresher/recap to start this new season which certainly helps as I forgot as well. We're 2 episodes in so far and it's good. I find Millie Bobbie Brown annoying now though.
End of the day it's still a canned tune and getting the bike on a physical dyno with a good tuner will accomplish more. I had a BT Stage 3 tune in my S1000XR and it was a solid improvement but for the price I'd get a proper local tune if I had to do it over.
I have yet to do Barber but I fully agree that the Air Force Museum in Dayton is utterly amazing (even if you're not overly interested in planes). I went in 2018 and saw planes that I forgot existed and one I thought was just a Transformers creation.
IIRC it was Dukes of Hazzard Friday and Miami Vice on Saturday or maybe MV came on right after Dukes, I can't recall but I watched both every weekend religiously.
Street - (Tie) #1 - My first multi-day ride and it was a 9-day ride from Ontario to Deals Gap and back on a GSXR1000. Rode every day spending a few days down there as well as taking the long ways both to and from. Learned so much and had such a great time making memories with friends.
#2 - A 10...
Roads were pretty clean however the bridges were often wet so a bit of due care was required.
Seasonal roads were muddier than expected but I rode most of the Ganny doubletrack and had a great day overall. Few dirtbikes in the Ganny and a lone HD decker on the roads were the extent of riders on...
Great movie.
I gave Mad Max: Furiosa a watch. There's too much "dumb" in it, from things vehicles climb (and looking really fake doing it) to stupid vehicles like the 3-motorcycle chariot, and the mini 2T motor in a fake arm with no driveline, etc. Too much visual artsy stuff in the first half...
The Earpeace ones are also 20% off. I see they make a Pro version now so I may try those out as I've had my regular Earpeace set for quite a few years now (excellent btw).
My good friend has a 22 or 23 300XC that he converted to premix as well. Also has a fancy expensive aftermarket ECU and high comp head and he prefers mine as do I. Mine tries to kill me on most rides and I like that.
2T riders will ridicule estart until they actually own a 2T with it and then they won't want to live without it. Same can be said for a counterbalanced engine. Many people avoid the Yamaha for this reason.
I do agree with sticking to carbs and not adding additional sensors.
My light, carbed...
Well to know 3 batts off your bench, I’ve never found my sleds batteries to drain during the parked warmer Summer months so I stopped taking them out.
Conversely I’d also not leave the power washer anywhere that drops below freezing either.
The F150 FB page has lots of good susp and Forscan info. If there's a Mav one it'll likely be the same. I personally wouldn't lower it and instead would look into some different shocks to change the ride.
