    Knowing Better

I do them at the end. Imo, better to get the acid and water out before it sits for a while. Also makes it easy to fire it up and go riding with no reservations that maybe I should be doing maintenance instead. In the grand scheme of things, it probably doesn't matter. Very few bikes that get...

Where are the Toronto Jays fans

People near me way up in the 500 level (above top of Jumbotron) at the watch party looked up prices for Game 6. The seats were in the ballpark of $2k each. Screw that.

How long does it take to pull the trigger on a bike purchase?

@Evoex is selling his screamer soon IIRC.

That keeps the gas fresh and moisture out. Good plan.

    Knowing Better

I would fill the tank to minimize condensation. There are some great riding days every winter.

I was considering a wagon/tv/generator as I followwd kids around but weather is making that look less likely.

It's way too far for me. Faster to drive down. Parking at simcoe place is $10 with spot hero. EDIT: And life took a dump on this plan. Fak.

Got tickets for tonights watch party. Stadium looked pretty full last night. Only tickets available were 500 but who cares, it's for the atmosphere. I wanted to take GO but it's useless to me. The only train options down leave before 14:00 or arrive an hour after the game starts. That leave GO...

John Schneiders oris acquis pro 4000 could double as a step stool in a pinch. It's close to an inch thick.

    E bikes rampaging Toronto streets

The cranks are there. If the pedals are not attached to the cranks, it is not an ebike. No point zip tying them to the frame as there is no possible way to pedal that bike anyway. Stupid Wynnebag.

Law Enforcement - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.....

Court has serious trouble pressing charges. Afaik, I think judges are limited to admonishment and contempt. Anything beyond that gets referred to the process and the process is designed to appear like something is done while ensuring there are never significant consequences. In the system we...

The changes made to baseball over the last few years made it much better. No more waiting minutes for a pitch and many hours for a game.

Law Enforcement - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.....

Superior Court Judge bashed peel police for illegal search, lying in court and more. Cops that had never worked together before testified they watched suspects for 45 minutes and then surveillance footage shows it was actually 5-10 seconds. Wtf. Police say they are looking into it. F that. This...

I strongly considered taking the family to Game 3 or 4. Tickets at Rogers centre are $15 each. If enough people show up, it could be a good time. Sadly, prior commitments likely kill that idea for me.

Why Is Motorcycle Oil So Expensive?

I don't use MC oil. I use good quality synthetic. I haven't seen a reputable source yet that says MC oil is better. The only time I had a problem was on an old bike where I used oil with friction modifiers in it and that caused me issues with the wet clutch. Avoid gimmicks and it's worked for me.

Any GTAM'ers own an electric vehicle?
