Gentle reminder that there are lots of different scenarios that will apply to different people. If you foresee a low-income retirement, then "any" savings is better than "no" savings, and having something stashed away in a place that's harder to get to (RRSP) reduces the temptation to spend it...

I stopped contributing to an RRSP some years ago, when it started becoming apparent that the future RRIF income was probably not going to be tax advantageous compared to dividend income offset by the dividend tax credit from investments outside the RRSP and over and above TFSA.

How may km on it? Valve clearances checked recently? Sparkplugs? There are some late model engines that are calibrated to use the bare minimum amount of fuel injection for starting, for emissions reasons, and if anything is the slightest bit out of kilter, no go.

A gear-reducer like the Bolt's transaxle has the best shot at actually being "lifetime fluid". It doesn't run all that hot, there's no clutches so no slippage and no clutch material getting into the oil like there is in a normal automatic transmission, there's no contamination with combustion...

Don't know about Tesla, but with the Chevy Bolt, it has oil in the transaxle (really just a gear-reduction and the diff), and there's no specified change interval. DIY video (looks like the oil drained out looked pretty clear)

Top photo is a different bike from the bottom photo. Top one has chain drive on "wrong" side, so probably a F800GS or something of that sort - broken swing-arm. Bottom photo is obviously a flat-twin GS, so shaft drive, and it looks like the linkage pivot in the rear suspension has come apart.

I can see the worn-flat spot in the middle from here. Riding in straight lines on long trips does that. The flat spot in the middle will do stuff to the steering and handling. What happens, varies from one bike to another. Yes, this can happen before the tire has worn to the actual tread-wear...

Anyone who is making money by selling courses on how to make money by doing something ... is probably not making money by doing the something that they're claiming to show you how to make money by doing. Hmmm.
