    Lock for helmet?

Isn't there a helmet lock under your seat? Pop the seat, insert D ring, put seat back on?

    Canada Post - Huge losses

It's such a cluster ****. CP would like daily deliveries including weekends to move into the parcel space they are missing and also want weekly deliveries of the mail but revenue is made on ad mail AND parcels. I don't have an easy button but sounds like they need to find their business model...

    Canada Post - Huge losses

Purolator is owned by Canada Post. If revenue is going to migrate to another CP company, at least in part, CP has less motivation to negotiate. Not saying it's right or wrong, just is what it is.

    Canada Post - Huge losses

I honestly don't know. From what I understand there is a mandatory 72 hours of strike duty before they don't have to show up again. Don't quote me, just a loose understanding.

    Canada Post - Huge losses

I haven't read much of this thread but can add as the spouse of a letter carrier, the carriers do not want to strike. They NEED to work. So many are still reeling from the last strike and dealing with mounting debt. They don't know how they are going to take care of their families and the...

You control speed with throttle. With any cruiser without a windscreen, going into extra quick mode isn't that much fun and you will find yourself pacing at a speed that is comfortable. I understand budget...IMHO, that Vulcan is much more bike for the difference and I don't mean power related...

A good friend of mine is selling his Vulcan. Lightly used and always garage stored. He's a very good human, as in shortly after meeting him I would trust him with the keys to my house good human. Seems to fit your needs and he is motivated to sell but I can't speak to how deep that motivation...

    Appliance Repair

We use the water and ice dispenser daily. It has become a feature that just couldn't be a compromise. I agree with you 100%. The more **** you have, the more that can go wrong.

    Go Leafs Go!

The Leafs broke me in 2013 when they lost to the Bruins after having a 4 nil lead. I know...get over it. I was a Leaf faithful but the long hiatus allowed me to watch a game objectively. Or maybe it's simply that I am older and realized that win, lose or draw, my life doesn't change. In...

    Appliance Repair

Welp, we spent days hunting...another LG. This is the only manufacturer that makes a fridge that fits the space and our needs. I usually never buy the extended warranty but this time I did.

Do you do a pre-flight check before every ride?

I didn't read every post but noticed a discussion on TPMS. I've been using the Fobo Bike 2 TPMS sensors for several seasons. Worth every nickel. The sensors are wildly accurate and makes checking tire pressures simple. On every bike I have had, checking with a tire gauge is painful. While...

    Appliance Repair

I've always been of the mind that I buy the best I can afford that also fits our needs. I don't like making compromises and won't for a few hundred dollars. The unfortunate part is that the "better" options do not fit well. They are too big or do not have features we use daily. The house is...
