I would just place an honest ad with a realistic price and get it gone.
Otherwise you'll just be creating another project you'll have no time, money, or space for to try to please some tire kicker...
Serviced the mower and put on new blades. Cut the back half of the property as it was growing wild with all the rain. Unbelievable how quickly things have changed this spring..
Had to patch up some shingles on the dog/goat house, surprised that was the only damage after that wind and rain. They are old and need replaced so I'll add that to my list of projects..
Hard to guess a price but I'd start with the shops closest to you and check reviews.
Most likely they will need to see the bike to provide accurate quote.
