I'm not disputing anything or defending anyone/anything. I work in the parts department for another industry but very customer focused. Mechanical complaints are taken seriously but often can be disputed without 100% accurate proof. Customer service complaints on the other hand are dealt with...

Agree with most. But at the CEO level it's more about big business than the products. There should be significant staff that is knowledgeable and can provide sound advice. But I do think they need someone in a more comparable market segment. I'd be happy with his paycheck 😜

I had that wheel chock, worked as intended and decent fit and finish.

Was flipping through FB marketplace and noted a listing from someone renting rooms in a home. It was pay per person. One person in the room 700, two people in the room 1400 and so on. This was for a single room!?! I could not imagine paying that amount for a room 1400 is close to my mortgage...
