I've never had a major issue on the RHVP, but I sure as hell can feel the difference when its wet, bike and car can get skiddish in a couple of corners and all the ramps. I've warned out of towners when the come to visit when its raining, esp on the ramps. This roads biggest issue is left lane...

Seems to me "DMCA" is being used as a catch all/generic term here. He was getting copyright infringement emails from the worldwide rights holder. His service provider shut it down as legally required. There are a few international treaty's recognizing copywrite laws.

You could just buy bike specific racks and attach other boxes. I use SW-motech racks with army surplus ammo cans. I'm changing to pelican cases next year.
